This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by Prashikshan Education ("we", "our", or "us") through prashikshanedu.in and our admission counselling services in Gujarat.

University & Course Fees

Course fees, tuition, and other charges set by partner universities or institutions are paid directly to the respective institution. Refunds for university fees are governed solely by that institution's policies. Prashikshan Education does not process or control university fee refunds.

Consultancy & Service Fees

Any consultancy, counselling, or admission processing fees charged by Prashikshan Education will be communicated clearly by our team before you make a payment. By proceeding with payment, you agree to the terms explained at that time.

When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund of Prashikshan service fees may be considered in cases such as:

  • Admission processing could not be completed due to an error on our part
  • You cancel before documents are submitted to the university
  • The university rejects the application and no full service was delivered

Non-Refundable Cases

Service fees are generally non-refundable when:

  • Documents have already been submitted to the university
  • Admission has been confirmed or processing is substantially complete
  • You withdraw after seat allocation or offer acceptance
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or false information was provided by the applicant

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with your full name, course, university, payment date, and reason for the request:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days to the original payment method, where applicable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your admission enquiry or application support request by contacting us as early as possible. Cancellation terms for any paid service will depend on the stage of processing at the time of your request.
